What we collect

Account data. Your email address and account profile, so you can sign in and we can send billing and subscription notices.

Content you collect. Testimonials, voice notes and case studies submitted through your collection links. This content belongs to you; we process it to generate case studies and widgets on your behalf.

Billing data. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store the subscription status and identifiers — never card numbers.

Product analytics. Page paths, event names (for example a CTA click or a completed checkout) and the page or campaign you first arrived from. These first-party events carry no cross-site identifiers.

Essential entries are stored in your browser and are required for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. Analytics and advertising entries are only ever created after you allow them.

How Google Consent Mode works here

Before any Google tag can run, we send Consent Mode v2 defaults with ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage set to denied.

The Google Analytics and Google Ads scripts are not even downloaded until you accept. When you accept, we send a consent update and load the tags immediately — no page reload needed. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no data is sent to Google at all.

Server-side conversion uploads follow the same rule: an ad-click conversion is only sent to Google when the saved consent record allows advertising cookies. Where we do upload a purchase, the buyer's email is hashed (SHA-256) before it leaves our server.

Your decision is saved on your device for six months, is re-checked on every page load and stays in sync across open tabs. After six months we ask again.

AI processing

Case studies, summaries and follow-up questions are generated by AI models we call on your behalf. Your content is sent for the purpose of producing that output; it is not used to train third-party models.

Who we share data with

Service providers only: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, our email provider for subscription notices, and — with your consent — Google Analytics and Google Ads for measurement. We never sell personal data.

Your rights and choices

You can change or withdraw cookie consent at any time with the button above. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, and export your collected testimonials from your dashboard.
